How to Utilize Dental Cleaning to Explore Teeth Whitening or Aesthetic Restoration Projects.

内容目录

As a medical institution, we face fierce competition, and many institutions hope to attract customers through dental cleaning. Dental cleaning is a good entry-level product, but I want to emphasize that our first priority is to provide a good experience.

Here’s a summary of eight communication steps:

The first step is to listen to the request. When a patient comes in, do they want to whiten their teeth through dental cleaning? If so, they are a potential customer.

The second step is to inquire about influencing factors, such as whether the patient is satisfied with the color of their teeth in daily life or at work.

The third step is to take photos to demonstrate our professionalism and prepare for diagnosis.

The fourth step is to create demand. When a patient is only inquiring rather than intending to undergo cosmetic repair, we need to create demand and make them aware of the need for repair. We can tell them that their teeth are indeed unsightly and discuss potential issues such as color or proportion.

The fifth step is to propose options. We need to comprehensively and selectively present options to guide the patient in making a decision. If we put aside the price, they will choose at least one option, minimizing the chance of losing them.

There are four options: for example, if their teeth are not very straight or they have large gaps, we can suggest orthodontics combined with aesthetic repair; direct veneer repair can be done; teeth cleaning followed by teeth whitening can be done; or simply dental cleaning for observation. In any case, the patient will choose one of these options, even if it’s just dental cleaning for observation, as their initial request is for dental cleaning.

The sixth step is to guide boldly. We’re not deliberately selling, but we need to indirectly guide them. If they can’t accept aesthetic repair or even teeth whitening, we can suggest dental cleaning.

The seventh step is to retain the patient. Even if they refuse cosmetic repair, we can still perform dental cleaning first, and then enhance it before or after the procedure.

The eighth step is to invite them again and follow up persistently.

Hope helpful for you dr.
